To build your brand, it is important to communicate from a clear positioning, which you repeat everywhere. Your positioning serves as the basis for your communication, to generate visibility. It ensures a sharp image amongst clients, clear external communication, attracts new clients and provides clarity internally. But it is difficult to get to the heart of the matter yourself, to zoom out and position your own company sharply. Especially to make room for this, in all the full agendas.

Determining a sharp positioning starts with an internal and external analysis of the current situation. Then we discuss your business goals and strategic choices, all of which affect choosing the right positioning. This can be a completely new positioning, or a repositioning. We choose a sharp position in your market and determine together which growth strategy will get you there best. Together with the management team, we lay a solid and guiding foundation for your future.

We explore your company from the in-and outside. We look at what motivates you, your company culture, but also at the market, your customers and current and future trends.
2. Goals
We set your company goals on different levels – ready for now, but also the future.
3. Growth Strategy
Together we develop a growth strategy that will act as a guide for your team - for business development, partnerships, marketing - and new business strategies.
4. Positioning
We decide on a positioning that has stand-out, including a brand positioning statement as well as a brand identity.
5. Communication strategy
We define your communication strategy, the team required to execute this strategy, topics regarding thought leadership, your communication channels, your KPIs and your communication budget.
6. Planning and monitoring
We put together a communications calendar, as well as a to-do list. After launch, we monitor the results and make any adjustments if necessary.
At the end of this process, I deliver a strategy document, a brand document and action list. These documents can be used by different departments, to further work on the growth of your company. For example: your communications department can execute the communication plans immediately. Management can share a strong brand story – in-and externally – as well as the growth strategy. Your sales department will have a clearer focus with regards to new business, HR with regards to targeting future employees. Your company spokespersons can tell a clearer story through appropriate thought leadership topics.
